Vitalinea invited 35 belgian bloggers to follow their 4-week challenge
aiming to move more, live and eat healthier, sleep better and improve the daily work routine.
For this urban survival kit we designed a card for every day with a tote bag for every week
containing 28 tips to follow during 4 weeks that would help them succeed the challenge.
Throughout November 2015, the participants shared their experience on their social media accounts and blogs.
All the posts were also gathered on, webdesign by TOYKYO, powered by Lunar Gravity.
This project is commissioned by PR agency Walkie Talkie in Ghent.
